He holds a BA degree in Accounting from Universidade de São Paulo – USP and a MBA in Finance from PUC – SP

Lucas de Lima Neto

Corp Consult Head of Fund Structuring/Management and Professor of Finance at Universidade São Camilo’s MBA program. He possesses extensive experience in the capital markets, having occupied several executive positions before joining Corp in 2007. He holds a BA degree in Business from FGV – SP, a MBA and PhD in Finance from Mackenzie University

Carlos Escudero Garcia

Responsible for the Asset Management at Corp Consult,. has served as Corporate Banking Director for local and international Banks. He holds a BA Degree in Economics from PUC- SP, in Accounting from Fecap and a MBA in Finance from IBMEC-SP

Fabio Vernille

Responsible for the M&A and Structured Finance operations execution, Fabio has a track-record in corporate finance and capital markets, having occupied positions in M&A boutiques and investment banks such as UBS Investment Bank, where he executed Equity (IPO and Follow-ons) and Debt deals (Debentures and international bonds) as well as M&A transactions among different sectors of the economy. Fabio has international experience acquired with a specialization in New York. He holds a BA Degree in Economics from IBMEC-SP.

Renato Santos

Works on M&A valuations and negotiations. Started his career in 1994, acting in the M&A area of SRL Bank. Also acted for many years in the investment banking areas of banks like Bank of America, Nomura Securities and West Merchant Bank. In WestLB, he worked for five years on national and international bonds issuing and on structured operations. Before joining CORP, he acted for two years in Sicredi Bank, in Porto Alegre, as responsible for private credit risk and also as financial consultant for small and medium companies. Renato holds a BA Degree in Business from FEA-USP and a Master Degree in Business from UFRGS.
